Custom Products
We make many custom products at Laser Craft and it can understandably be hard to come up with the perfect design instantaneously, So we urge customers to have a think about how they would like their perfect product prior to making contact, Making sketches if necessary to simplify getting your ideas across.
We offer two free mock ups per product and then charge £5 per product mock up there after.
Returns
If you feel that our product is damaged we offer a 14 day period where as if the product is damaged we will accept a return and refund you your money. Unfortunately custom items are non refundable.
